Reservations
For questions about your reservation, or for changing/cancelling your reservation, you can contact us.- If you have complaints or problems with your rental car, then you should initially make contact with the rental company (the name and telephone number can be found in your e-mail voucher). If you are not satisfied with the contact with the rental company, write down the name of the person with whom you spoke to and mail it along with your complaint to us. We will give our maximum effort to help you.
